Please keep in mind that each item is made-to-order, therefore order cancellation may occur 24 hours after purchasing the product by contacting us.

Because every item in an order is handmade and made just for you, we do not accept refunds or returns for products that have been purchased. 

However, if there is any issue with your shipped order please get in touch with us within 14 days from the delivery date.
