We create textile objects, from upholstery to home decoration items, to bags and other accessories.

Order
We try our best to dispatch your order as soon as possible.
However, please keep in mind that each item is made-to-order for you, so allow us 1 to 5 business days for production, depending on the item ordered.
Once your order is dispatched, we will notify you by email.

Shipping
We ship using DHL. 
GREECE
Shipping costs 5€ and is free for order over 90€.
Delivery usually takes 1 to 3 business days (depending on the location). 
EUROPE
Shipping costs 7€ and is free for order over 90€.
Delivery usually takes 3-6 business days (depending on the location).
USA/CANADA
We ship using DHL Express.
Your shipping cost will be calculated at checkout (according to product weight).
Delivery takes 2-3 business days (depending on the location).

All orders are shipped from our workshop in Greece, so there are no import customs fees for EU countries. Orders outside the EU may be subject to import fees.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Payment 
We accept payments via PayPal, Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
Your payment will be processed by either PayPal or Stripe. Both use secure, encrypted servers to ensure the security of your personal information.
We also accept payment via bank transfer (wire transfer).

Cancellation, Refunds & Returns

Please keep in mind that each item is made-to-order, therefore order cancellation may occur 24 hours after purchasing the product by contacting us.

Because every item in an order is handmade and made just for you, we do not accept refunds or returns for products that have been purchased. 

However, if there is any issue with your shipped order please get in touch with us within 14 days from the delivery date.
